Before I made this video public I sent a private link to the sales manager, Arnold Pappas, asking him to review it and comment on it to be fair. Of course he declined.
Here is my personal experience with terrible customer service from a supplier.
There is a lot to be learned here. I felt Arnold doesn't want to listen to my concerns. I would think he would want to hear my concerns and improve their customer service. Here is an email I received from him after I sent an email trying to communicate to him my concerns he responded with this:
As I tried to politely explain to you yesterday, your business is not a good fit for us. I wish you the best with your future endeavors.

I guess politely to him is hanging up on me twice. And then telling the receptionist that his voice mail is full when I called back for the third time.
